Each knife in the Saladini cheese collection was designed with a specific cheese style in mind, and without excessive design flourishes. Each knife is forged using AISI 420 stainless steel and the handle is made from beautiful ox horn.

Ox horn is a natural product and varies in color from knife to knife. Some horn can be very light and creamy in color with little variegation to darker caramel and coffee colors with lots of variegation.
