The Ruffoni Opus Prima Large Sauce Pan is an ideal piece for creating fabulous sauces and gravies for a crowd. The silver plated cast-brass knob is adorned with an intricate and detailed artichoke and carrot. The Opus Prima Large Sauce Pan is hand hammered with smooth band accents, and a unique serial number inscribed on the bottom ensures the traceability of each piece.

Care: Ruffoni Pans are oven safe to 500° F. The pan is dishwasher safe, but the knob needs to be hand washed. Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents. Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the stainless-steel lining.
