The Ruffoni Opus Prima Small Braiser is a magnificent pan to braise the most delectable cuts of beef and meat. A masterpiece in stainless steel cookware, this Ruffoni Braiser is handmade in Italy. Made with alternating layers of aluminum and stainless steel, which transfer heat evenly, eliminating hot spots, this stainless steel braiser will produce only the most tender pieces of meat!

The silver plated cast-brass knob is adorned with an intricately detailed garlic and pepper motif. The Opus Prima Small Braiser is hand hammered, and a unique serial number inscribed on the bottom ensures the traceability of each piece.

Care: Ruffoni Pans are oven safe to 500 degree F. The pan is dishwasher safe, but the knob needs to be hand washed. Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents. Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the stainless-steel lining.
