Handformed and handmade by master artisans in Tuscany, this square baker makes it easy to bake and take your culinary creation from the oven straight to the table. The elegant square design is finished in a handsome gray glaze. Inspired by the overlapping wooden molds used in Italy to create Parmesan and other artisan cheeses, the Lastra Gray Square Baker has a slightly overlapping edge and finished with a dusting of brown, which represents the ash that was used to preserve these artisan cheeses.
